Full Access Roof Window

The
Versa full access roof light is manufactured to the same
standard as the Comfort range it is available in one
size 470mm x 570mm Externally the window has a neat aluminum
finish powder coated charcoal grey top. An aluminum
flange and a lead flashing sheet at the base of the
window facilitate easy installation into profiled tile
plain tile and slate tile roofs. Internally the window
frame is pine with a clear varnish. The fixing at the
base of the window allows it to be locked in three
positions The Versa roof window can be opened to 115
degree's it is suitable for roofs with pitches from 25
degree's to 65 degree's. 14mm double glazed unit.
